Thanks again for a great show!

On the 2nd of September 2023, at 16:00, the fifth GINCO-Award Show was held, hosted by CONNICHI at the RMCC in Wiesbaden; presented by Haiko Hörnig, organized by von Lisa Rau-Stommel, tech/media-supported by Andreas Prill (Tele-Stammtisch). The winners were notified in advance and had sent video messages that were displayed during the show.
After the event, Lisa and Haiko held a talk about "indie awards for manga and comics".

 

Congratulations to all winners! We're immensely grateful for our committee of 2023, for their highly motivated effort and their forward-looking ideas. As we are indeed looking forward to the year 2024, we're inviting artists from the German-speaking world as well as expats to once again digitally submit their 2023 self-published or professional comics, mangas, dōjinshi or illustrated experimental works, as soon as the submission form will open in early 2024. The price money will again amount to € 1500.
